They sure treat you right when something goes wrong. I buggered something up twice, and both times they fixed it free even though I said I was willing to pay because it was my fault
Yes they do.....I know they've removed stuck cases from sizing dies free.....and even when they was not their dies. But that don't excuse poor die design in the first place. RCBS also provides superior customer service.

BTW their lock and load AP is a very fine reloader and especially for handgun and smaller rifle cases. It will handle the larger cases but clearance gets finicky.

Hornady's entire lock and load feature is a great innovation once you get it figured out how to use them.
