Sounds like a little more investigation is needed. Check the markings on the barrel. Does it say ".32-20" or ".32 Win Special"? I don't think either one are particularly sought after rifles by collectors, but the rounds are very different. In .32win spcl it should hold max of 6 rounds. I don't know about .32-20, but it would definatly hold more.

My father has a .32 win spcl that I hope he will someday give to me, and it would be very special to me.
