You're asking good questions, but they're so basic that I recommend that you look for someone that reloads and ask for a one on one lesson on how it's done. Almost any gun store will be able to help you with this.....maybe they can show you right there.

Possibly there's a video available but far and away the best thing to do is find someone that will afford you some "OTJ" training.
