I guess the laws are different wherever you go.

If I could decide how it would be, a guy would get a license, put up his fence, have his land inspected by some regulator, and certified to be clear of wild deer (or whatever else). Maybe they would have to pay for wild animals that could not be driven out.

Then they would import their animals, and run whatever operation they want.

We aren't going to solve this thing here. I have an issue with a guy erecting a fence around deer that are public property, making them unavailable to the general public to hunt.
