I bought a 16' stick from Wally World last year. I can't remember the brand, but they were about $50 and hold 300#.

I bought the Cabelas 16' climbing stick with the 4' extension a few years back, works fine but it uses ropes to tie on if that's a concern. It was like $70 total.
