I sort of agree with Pro, Zak. Do what you know you're comfortable doing. There is no set right or wrong way to release your arrow, you just do what you know you can. I tried back tension a while back and didn't like it. I wasn't used to it and I got poor groups. I get good groups when I just squeeze the trigger so that's what I plan on doing.

Do what you know you're proficient doing.
