I can see both sides of the argument and that's what I said when I first heard about ARs - "they're going to kill all the yearlings with the best genetics". I guess it will also save a lot of bucks, too. However, we hunt in an area where you never see another hunter the whole season. Most of our bucks died of old age before the ARs and not that many guys up there hunt doe anyway. I don't think it makes any difference there.
