I've never hunted mechs but believe they do what they say and fly like field points. My fix blades have always flown the same as my field points. I don't both practicing with them anymore. I know what to expect, dead deer. I did have a big problem with the Hoyt's. They had one big blade that was like a spear point and another one on each side. That head flew high eveytime. I quit using them quick.
