Just because a guy is posing with a deer dosent mean he used an electric caller to bring in the buck. When you advertise something like a hunting product, you can have a hunter holding a 300" buck with your product next to the deer in the picture, you can then use that picture to put in your adds for that product. Even if your product was not used to kill that deer. No where in your add did it say "this deer was killed using this product" which makes it legal.

Its all a mental thing. For example somebody is looking threw a bowhunting magazine and sees a guy posing with a 300" buck and a mathews bow. No where does the add say the guy killed the buck with a mathews bow, but because you see the bow in the picture, you tend to automatically think he used that bow to kill that deer.

Its just away of advertising.
