9th circuit court is the problem period. wyoming went through the same deal and won, the difference is that wyo's superior court is in DENVER, the 9th is in SAN FRANCISCO(home of the liberals and judicial activism). The 9th has been spewing liberal socialism B.S. for years now. Unfortunately I live in NV and we're under the 9th also, there is a grass roots effort in NV to break up the 9th and let the californians have their liberal 9th court while everyone else would get their own seperate jurisdiction.
