The first thing to buy is a reloading manual ,then read the intro to reloading in the front of most manuals
a press
set of dies
spray lube or lube and pad
powder scale
bullets,powder,primers for a load in the reloading manual

things that are nice are
loading block
powder measure
case trimer (Lee is low priced and works)
hand primer
kinetic bullet puller (when you goof or change your mind)

Find a friend that loads have him show you the ropes.
Allmost all brands of dies will go on any press.
Take your time .
I have loaded for 25+ years and don't have everything I want .
