Default RE: Court Rulling on AZ Permits Bad

We will be changing our rules as a result of a meeting today. This has delayed our draw. Residents pay for improved habitat and should get a % of tags. We will now push other states on this precedent which will prevent any state from discriminating towards residents. This is insanity and shows how little federal court judges understand about how herds are managed in each state. This may be a big win for the giant outfitter businesses but I bet ya it backfires by raising non-res fees, requirements to purchase a licence to enter the draw etc. AZ has a low $5 fee to enter via computer now and I bet that will change also. Lots of ways for a state to clamp down in this situation. Sad day for hunting.
