my one question is that you are allowed to hunt raccoons and coyotes and stuff at night with spot lights. so if you did have a gun for some reason, could you just say you were hunting them?
How many coons and coyotes do you hunt after from a vehicle? If you are out walking around with a rifle and a spotlight, the WCO is going to make you show some calls, and prove you were predator hunting, and you probably shouldn't be carrying an 06, to shoot foxes.
