Pick any part from the butt plate to the muzzle! I have found nothing good in my 597! Since its mostly plastic, at least it won't rust much as a troutline anchor!
Funny, I had a different experience with my 597- its the only rifle I own that has ever rusted and some of my rifles are well over 100 years old.[:@]
