Thanks guys. Seems everyone is in agreement with the problem and seems to be an easy fix. I am a very loyal consumer when I get good customer service and was extremely frustrated with Mathews lack of concern for an apparent problem with their product. I believe you should get what you pay for! This forum provides more than a technical solution to a problem, it empowers and protects the Bow Hunting community through the greatest advertising media in the world. WORD OF MOUTH.
