I don't have a problem with the way anyone hunts as long as it's legal. I don't want anyone telling me how to hunt and I am not going to try to tell them how to hunt. I don't have a problem with the way Rack hunts and I don't a problem with guys like Len that kill 25 a year. It's not for me to judge anyway. Unless, it's land that I own or lease and then it has to be my way or the highway. Typically, that will exclude the shooting of young bucks and killing the prescribed number of doe on the property. Overpopulation isn't really a issue here so I have had leases that we restricted the number of doe that were killed while others you had to kill X amount per membership or get fined. It all depends on the property and the plan that myself and the biologists come up with. Even then we "prescribe" a certain number of doe per membership and let the individual member decide whether or not he will require the guest to take a doe or not. Other than that particular situation I don't try to regulate how anyone hunts and I say more power to all of you and good luck this season.
