Man....I tried for 30 hours and never got a dial tone, just busy!!!!! This will be the 1st time in 7 or 8 years I haven't gotten to hunt in Illinois!

I finally got a answering machine after church saying, they were sold out!! 15,000 permits .......dang....how many folks did they have answering the phones?!?!?!?![>:]
