Made it in i just got my non resident archery permit for illinois. The shame of this hole thing is, i got there, handicap permit to use a crossbow, but i ca'nt get one for my own state (N.Y.) We have to change the laws here in N.Y. call our state reps. so they wake up to this need. Thanks Rich
