I have an ameristep penthouse tsc blind with the shoot through mesh windowsn. Unfortunately i havent had a chance to use it yet. My friend that i bought it off of says he shot through the windows with no ill effects. I watched a hunting show the other day that was using the shoot through mesh on their blind they said it is a must if you plan on using the blind in the same location day after day on deer because they can become weery off the blacked out windows unless there is something there to reflect some light. I wish i could be more help, but i will let you know how mine works this season.
