RE: Who makes the best feeling release trigger
Currently I own a 3 scott releases, a winn, a couple tru-fires, a cobra, a Carter One shot, and a Carter two shot.
The Scotts are good releases for sure..alot of bang for buck..as are the Tru-ball index finger styles...the rest I own are...ehh...
But there is no comparison to the Carters, IMO. The Carters have virtually no travel, and a crisp rifle like trigger that can be set for heavy tension, which IMO is best for accuracy as you can lay your finger on the trigger without fear of it going off. The only way to set the Scotts for little travel is to set them for a hair trigger..which invites target panic..if you set them heavy then they have quite a bit of creep.
The Two Shot even makes the One shot feel kinda crappy...very nice release.
