800 speed will give you a better picture under very low light conditions, will allow the flash to reach further in the dark BUT you will get an obviously grainy picture beyond a 4x6 size print. The lower film number ie 200 speed will provide a much clearer picture. After a zillion pictures with my Nikon SLR, IMO Kodak film gives much better reds and browns, Fuji much better greens, again IMO.
