To be honest I'd probably quit and find something else more populated to hunt. Now if I kept screwing up opportunities myself and blowing chances, then I'd probably stay at it just for the shear reason that I hate to lose and it would be one of those things to overcome. But if I'm out there time and again with no reasonable chances to get something, after 7 years I'd probably move on.
