That really depends on the gun. What works well in some might not work as well in others. All guns are individuals and will have thier own preferences. That said, my load for my Omega is 81 gr. of FFG 777 (weight: aprox 101 gr. Volume) and a 250 gr Shockwave with a Winchester 209 Primer. This load averages 1985 fps at the muzzle and sighted aprox 3" high at 100 yds drops 8" at 200.

Here's a picture of my range work. Note: These groups were fired off a bipod and at the end of the shooting session. My shoulder was extrememly sore. I think that's why the groups are not as good as I would have liked.

1" group @ 50 yds 1 3/4" high
1.75" group @ 100 yds 3.5" high
4" group @ 150 yds 1 1/2" low
5 1/2" group @ 200 yds 8" low
