i dont know about either but i do know about TC customer service....i called to ask about buying an owners manual.....they took my address and it was there within a week....really quick actually....a few days i think...i needed one because the rifle was used...then i called to see about getting my lock tuned.....they said send it in its free as long as i didnt abuse it...never did send it in.....i did the work myself....fitted a lyman frizzen to it and adjusted the spring to get it to work nicely and put in a new touchhole.....but they offered......i told them it wasnt sparking like it used to......
