Sorry, misoryman, I don't have any loads for the Omega, as I don't own one. I was just making the observation of the smokeless powder is all. All I own is a CVA Bobcat .50 cal, which is a percussion side lock. The only reason I have not upgraded to anything more, is that here in Nevada, you cannot use scopes to hunt during a ml only season, so my max range is cut to less than 100 yds anyway depending on the game. . One thing that came with my CVA was a general load info page. It listed a few loads with velocities of each and energy figures. Of course these are just a guide, and if TC puts one in theirs, then it should give you a good starting point. Also, you didn't mention what you plan to hunt. That would be a major factor in choosing a load.
