I would like to point out that although Miss. only protects bucks withe less than 4 points, the Miss. AR plan protects a higher percentage of 1.5 buck than any other AR plan. In Miss. 1.5 buck comprise 13% of the buck harvet compared to 57% in PA. In Miss. they harvest less than 50% of their 2.5 buck ,while we harvested around 80% of our 2.5+ buck.

Miss. has the most effective AR program of any state and they still have a problem with high grading. Our high grading problem will be worse ,since we are so effective at harvesting 2.5 + buck. Even the bad weater didn't reduce the 2.5+ buck harvest, although some claim it had a big effect on the 1.5 buck harvest.
