Default RE: HUNTER CLASS IDEAS

O.k. now there are some interesting ideas.
But there is no focus. If we ask a question we must be sure there will be some direction for it. Asking with no focus would do us no good.
We do not want to run shooters off.
The class was for the bowhunter. It has morphed into something else. I am not trying to take anything away from the shooters in these classes.
But, how do we get the beginner to enjoy his participation on the local level. Say just 100 shooters shooting up. Send them around to 50 local clubs and the maturation of skills in this class has created a gap that the local guy feels can never be bridged.
I shot 330 and he shot 430. I THOUGHT I was doing pretty good.
Read the above comments and you will see how independant we are as a group. That independance and the ego that goes with it, is a problem for me and my 330. Now it ain't fun.
As a purpose for all of us it is inherant in our duties to encourage the bowhunter to get out and shoot their bow and arrow set more than two weeks before season starts.
Back up a step from the national level events and look at this from a local club level. There is where we need to look at the fix.
I do not have the answers.
That is what we have you for.
Try and bring some focus and direction to this. Help us out.
