DNREC has posted the link to the 2004-05 Regs on their website. Its in PDF format.

I didnt read the whole thing but 2 items of interest stuck out.

1) If the New Deer Regs pass (in whole or in part) an amendment with the new seasons would be on the website and publicly distributed in August

2) Cedar Swamp and Woodland Beach are QDM Wildlife Areas for 2004 - 05 requiring that anyone 18 years of age or older can only shoot a Buck with a 15 inch outside spread or wider. Youths (17 or under) are exempt from this rule.

I think #2 is great. I prefer Antler Restrictions because its easier to count points than guess spread length from a distance, but anythings a start. If more people let the small bucks go and shot more Does, maybe DNREC wouldnt be shoving these October Antlerless Shotgun days down our throats. Hopefully they'll expand this to other areas in the future.
