PA, You probably have a camera simalar to the one I'm useing, I found it works much better to tape what you want a photo of, then take the best frame out.
River Bottom, Shining laws vary from state to state. In most of Wisconsin it is open year round, during the season it close's at 10 PM. but some areas have it banned and some municipalitys have other restrictions like what type of hiways you can do it on. I beleive you can't shine at all in Illinois. Moral of the story, make some calls and make sure you know the law before you go out. Most of Wisconsin considers this a legitamit hobbie, hunters and nonhunters all go shineing. For some its a family affair.
