I'm impressed by the quality of the homebrew pics. The quote in the second and third pics should be "curiosity killed the deer"

I'm curious about the longevity of a homebrew cam as well as cold weather opperation. Has anyone who has a homebrew cam used it durring the winter months? If so how did it fare as far as pic quality & battery life?
