A friend and I used to toy around trying to make the stuff. The problem we had was getting any consistency out of it. One batch would work well and the next may be junk. We finally gave up at it was cheap and easy to find anywhere. Not so any more. We used to could buy dinamoite over the counter where I lived. Those days are gone now.
