Blood circulation should remain the same in both ears, regardless of the amount of ticks present. I will be the first to say that I have seen weirder things happen, and it very well could be ticks - as fibromas are usually darker (scab-like) in color, but I have also seen fibromas that are flesh-colored as well. Looks like the only way to really tell is to get a close-up, or wait 'till she walks under the stand opening day.
