Double check with a game warden, but this sounds just like Va., you can not hunt an area that had any type of bait on it 10 days prior to opening day of bow. What this means is there can be no bait at all present for 10 days prior so even a salt lick put out 1 month before season must be removed 10 days prior if any is left.
