Sabots are fine, just no copper jacketing on the lead.

Thanks for the info, around here I guess the more experienced guys are using the 348grain Power belts.

I'm gonna try them but I'll keep an open mind to find my own liking. SOme of the conicals out there intrigue me. I have one buddy that can't get anything but round balls to fly true in his inline, but I think that would greatly reduce the range though? But I didn't get into this sport to lob lead from a 1/2mile out either
