Last night I decided to try out my 100 grain Wasp Boss Bullets.....and WOW is all I can say !!!!! I think they shot more consistantly than my field points ......it almost seemed like I couldn't miss !
My brother-in-law, who is a notorious retrieve your bow from the closet just before opening day, fling a few arrows, hit the woods kind of bowhunter used these last year based on my recommendation. He went the previous several years missing chip shots and wounding deer to 2 for 2 last fall
His problem prior wasn't so much he was a bad shot, but he was using big cut mechanicals on an improper set up as he couldn't get regular broadheads to fly. Gee, wonder why...
Anyway, he reports the same experience as you. Fly just like field tips, under all conditions.
As for the forgiveness factor, I'm leaning towards you are more confident with them and such not making as big a shooting error as perhaps you are with the others?
