According to the tables produced, the very end of the Rut in NW Kansas ends in the third week of november and is over by the 1st of December in SW Kansas. There are some second heaters, and a few here ant there, but NO, there is NO Rut at the time of Rifle season. KShunter disagrees with you on that.
