I'm on my second browning gortex jacket (acutally the 4 in 1 parka with the liner removed). I've been happy--very quiet--very water proof--well thougth out. I'm on my second one because the damn thing shrunk Couldn't wear it anymore with the liner but still works perfectly as a rain jacket!
