Treat hunter class just like all the other classes.

Raise the fees to the same level as other classes.

Pay out money.

Create a class that is for archers that do not want to compete in regular competition. Entry fee would be the same as it is now in hunter class.
Draw names from a hat for the winners and the rest of the entry fees would go to the BOWHUNTER DEFENSE FUND. This will help the bowhunter defense fund and is as fair as you can be to people that don't want to compete with the hunter class top shooters.
Shooting a good score should never bring a penalty but should give everyone a target to shoot for. No way should the IBO dictate to a person where or how he should compete. The IBO does not tell people that they are shooting to low a score and they will have to drop back. IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT.

Chances are there will be no changes at all after the fall meeting but that would be the best thing for all archers concerned.
