I don't think that the argument is that there are scores that high. I think its more the percentage of scores that are that high.

Erie = MBR 10 out of appox. 130 shooters 400+
MBO 24 out of approx. 300 shooters 400+
HC 64 out of approx 314 shooters 400+

Bedford = MBR 10 out of approx. 130 shooters 400+
MBO 10 out of approx. 350 shooters 400+
HC 115 out of approx. 354 shooters 400+

The bottom scores in all of the classes remain comparable. The top end in this class only stands out. Nearly 1/3 of the class in Bedford shot 400+.
