RE: HUNTER CLASS IDEAS
Looking at the second leg of the national triple crown I see 13 pages of shooters times 25 shooters per page equaling 300 plus shooters for the hunter class. the top 6 pages range from 429 for first to 387 for 150th place. This looks like a pretty equal group to me. Not everyone is going to shoot up at every shoot. I do not see the need to make a shooter move up because he can shoot even or up on a range. I have not shot anywhere near even and I will continue to shoot the IBO shoots when I can. You will never have equally grouped competitors because we all have different skill levels. Some practice quite a bit more than others due to desire, time limitations etc. I think the hunter class is doing what it is designed to do, provide a shooter with the oppurtunity to compete with a hunter setup. I for one, like the way it is set up. I can shoot my pins, shoot in the yardage range that I am going to hunt in and hopefully become a better bowhunter in the process.
