RE: What is the best game camera to use??
Hey ArkBowhtr.. No Problem with the comparison. I will try ro answer everything as close to my knowledge as possible.. First off: you are comparing the DeerCam Model that is 35mm to a Homebrew camera that is Digital.. hmmm this doesnt seem like a very fair comparision.. but to elate... The NT DC-200 is 35mm.. will take a 36exp. roll of film which iny my area of TN cost $4.99 to develop..via Winn-Dixie or WallyMart..
Second: the DC-200 has time delays of 15 sec., 30 sec., 45 sec., 1 min, 3 min, and 5 mins.. It can also record up to 500 events if the film rus out.. that way you still know your area is Hot.. Do the homebrew do that?
The battery life is 4-5 rolls of film.. Film costing .86 cents a roll and batteries costing $1.62.. I fail to see high expense
Maybe its just me..
Now lets compare the CuddeBack Digtal NT camera to a homebrew...
2 yr warranty...complete with a 1.3-MILLION-PIXEL RESOLUITON... HMMMMM Nice Huh!
video events recordable also.....Event Delays that can be set from ONE SECOND to ONE HOUR....HMMM Nice too!
Users Name and Phone Number is branded into the electronics..... Very Nice for its protection..directly on NT's THEFT STOP PLUS PRGM..
Gasketsless housing and water tite seal..
all this above for $350.00 and possibly lower!
Doesnt sound too bad when you compare apples to apples!
I Know a guy that builds his own Home Based Phones..but you know what, I think I'll just stick to buying a reputable one!
Thanks Guys!
