Default RE: whitetail outfitter in Illinois???

It is not diffacult to find an Outfitter in Illinois, however, it is diffacult to find a good one. I run Blood Brothers Outdoors, we make hunting video's. I have met my share of bad outfitters. I found a great place down there and plan on doing our hunting and filming down there with Talltine Outfitters. They have been consistantly knocking down huge bucks, a few over the 180 class mark. The guy who runs it, Joe Gizdic, has a great management plan and has OVER 7000 acres of hunting land. He also shared some video footage of some nice bucks he was seeing in the feilds in broad daylight with us. This guy has really impressed us. A guy I know from central Wisconsin hunted with him a few years back and he shot a 216 inch nontypical with his bow. Another freind went two years ago for a 3 day early season bow hunt and saw the biggest buck of his life dispite hot weather!! Here is a link to the info I have on him. http://bloodbro.com/talltines/index.htm
You should keep in mind though... Illinois is not the only place with big bucks. I hunt with a guy in Buffalo county Wisconsin who has some awesome hunts also, and only takes 2 to 4 hunters a year to pay his tax's.
You can reach him at [email protected] he only charges around $1650 Buffalo county Wisc. produces more Boone & crockett bucks than anywhere else in the woarld per acre. Lee, has a 140 class limet on his farms though, and strictly enforces it.
