Default RE: Whisker Biscuit again

ORIGINAL: Clint.

I just hunt deer with a bow and have an opportunity to purchase a Whisker Biscuit rest at a good price. I have contemplated it for some time now because I like the fact that the arrow can't fall off the rest. You know, one less thing to worry about!
I've read that a bow is less accurate with a biscuit....but I don't shoot competitively...just hunt. Would it be a wise or unwise addition to my bow?

Clint

Myself, I wouldn't get a biscuit unless it was a drop tine or deluxe.......just way easier to use. I think it is a great hunting rest and if you can get it at a good price you will be even happier with it.

If your rest is tuned properly along with the rest of your bow you will not have any accuracy issues........just like any other rest.

I have no problems with accuracy out to 60 yards with my biscuit..........I won't shoot at a deer past 20-25 yards so it's no problem for me.

Enjoy
