RE: What do yOU thinK?
Wolf killer you and I must think alike. I too like heavy arrows for elk. I started shooting a 2219 in 1998, I have killed 4 bulls with this set up. The only thing different is I do shoot a Nap Thunderhead 100gr. They are a very good broadhead, and I have had no problems with them. My set up weighs total of 580 grains, more than enough for elk. The muzzy is also a excellent broadhead, when I use up my supply of broadheads I might buy them, who knows?. There was a going out of business sale in 98, and I bought 8 dozen arrows (XX75 2219) and 6 dozen broadheads ( thunderheads) all for half off. I still have quite a few broadheads that are NIB.
