I have been looking into hunts in Pikes County for the past several years. Myself and 3 others finally agreed to hunt with Hadley Creek Outfitters (www.hadleycreek.com) this upcoming October. There is so much to describe... so, just check out their website and contact some of their references... even the one's that did not take a trophy. I have not heard anything short of praise in over a dozen conversations regarding their guides, facilities, knowledge, & quanitity and quality of deer seen. We looked about 7 or 8 outfitters and Hadley Creek was definately our pick. There is no "trophy fee", but there is a penalty fee if you whack anything less than a 125 class.. but they want you to shoot at least a 130 class or better. They more than guarantee shot (or multiple shot) opportunities on 130 or better deer!
We will be going this October on a 5 day hunt... so I will keep you posted after out hunt.
