barefoot---------I don't want to rain on your parade but I think you can forget West TX & Eastern NM.------Pretty sure it's private land. Landowners charge a pretty penny to get on------Quite a few B & C goats come out of there. For a DIY hunt---think WY. Some public land in Colorado but it's years before you will draw. Your WY antelope will not be a big as those NM/TX ones. But there are LOTS of them---be patient & pick a good one. It's a fun hunt. CB
