Is there a fourth choice?
If I had to choose between the Beman/Easton all carbons (which are pretty much identical, construction and tolerance-wise) and the GoldTips, I'd go with the GoldTips, but
ONLY if it was the Pro series arrows. The XT's are still a crapshoot for straightness run-out.
Now if we are including anything from Beman or Easton, I would go for either the Beman Matrix or (surprise, surprise

) Easton A/C/C
From the testing I've been doing lately, Carbon Express has the most consistent spine out of "The Big Three" when it comes to all carbon shafting. In fact the 3D Selects in particular are pretty much the best all-carbon shaft I've tested in the overall sense (spine, straightness, and weight)...they have improved greatly.
But I'm still shooting A/C/Cs
