I'm deabating on having a 6.5x.284 Norma and/or a .358 Norma Mag built later on this year
Have them both built. You might want to have a 358-STA (Shooting Times Alaskan) built instead of the 358-Norma mag? I only say this because you already own a 7mm-STW. This would give you two of the three Layne Simpson rounds.
