My knowledge of this type of situation goes with Matt PA statign that someone knew you had these bows and they were after those and perhaps already had a dealer/pawn shop (s) set up. I'd bet they are out of state by now. The bow hunting community is close knit however, see if you can run the serial #'s through a newsletter reaching venders and pro shops, email them, whatever, because if they get a customer bringing in the bow they can call the police or something.

If you had Mathews . . . you could put a free to good home sign on them and you'd still have em'! (sorry couldn't resist)
