Default Another ???

Okay, I'm a little over a year into archery so I'm still not sure how to do much to my setup. I had it re-served the other day. While I was there at the shop I just had to spend some more $$$ so I bought a couple new and "smaller" pins for my sight. I also bought some LimbSaver Ultras,....WOW! When I installed the pins I marked the sight block to try to keep the new ones close to the old. I knew it would not be dead on but I just wanted it close. I was shooting the exact same set of 5 arrows as before. Here's my problems,...(shooting from 20 yards)....first, I shot about a foot high with the first shot. So I started aiming at the bottom of the target just to keep from losing arrows. All shots were really high but my right/left was on the money. I thought okay, but I didn't group them worth a flip! I kept shooting for a while without moving anything and a pattern developed, three arrows in one inch group and two arrows touching, but about eight inches directly below the other three. Why would this happen if before the same arrows would group together? I finally decided to replace the knocks on the two bottom arrows, and this did allow me to group better. I then decided to move the pin up a little, this helped, but not much. I kept moving it up til I felt like the problem might be me. I tried making sure my grip, anchor and follow-thru were good but nothing seemed out of place. Still hitting about 4 inches high at 20 yards. Could the limbsavers cause some of this? What about the tightness of the knock on the new serving? The only other thing that is different is that between the time I shot with old serving and the new, I went to Cabo San Lucas with a couple of buddies. Maybe my body is still trying to heal my kidneys and liver and it's causing me to stand off balance???
Seriously though, I just don't know what's goin on.
I also realize that I should know and understand more about bow maintenance by now, and that's my fault.
